When the wife does this sort of thing to me, it drive me insane with such pain and pleasure.  She squeezes my balls in her hands, smacks them open handed, crushes them with her body when she rides me or with her foot in the jacuzzi…but nothing too crazy like stomping on them (we’re not quite that nuts — LOL).  She does it very well and gives such amazingly erotic pain.
